What makes SocialFlow different from the big tools?

The interface is fully Hebrew and right to left, and a Brain screen shows what actually produced leads.

Can I really create an automation by asking ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect SocialFlow as an MCP server to ChatGPT or Claude, then write something like: read my latest Instagram post, build a comment automation with a private message, and give me at least thirty different reply variations. It creates it, and the automation appears in the dashboard straight away.

How many reply variations can one automation hold?

There is no limit. The system picks one at random each time, so the same post does not answer every commenter with the same sentence. Thirty variations on one automation is normal.

Can it tell me which automations and posts worked best?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ask it in the chat and it reads your real activity: which automations brought the most leads, which posts, which trigger words, and what hour comments arrive. The same numbers sit on the Brain screen in the app.

What is Brain?

A screen that shows what your account learned from its own history: the best automations, posts and trigger words, when comments arrive, and short sentences pointing out what stands out. It also compares you against an anonymous average of accounts in the same field.

Does it work on Reels?

Yes. The same automation runs on Instagram posts, Reels and Facebook page posts. You pick the post, set the words, and the public reply and private message go out on both platforms from one screen.

What happens to someone who does not follow me?

The private message is still sent, but Instagram puts it in their message requests rather than the main inbox. That is why the public reply should say a message was sent, so they know to look there.

How long does the message take to arrive?

Up to two minutes. The system scans for new comments every two minutes, and a message that Meta refuses for a temporary reason is retried automatically instead of being dropped.

Is there an affiliate programme?

It is being built for creators. The plan is a free year on the system in exchange for a detailed video walkthrough with a working automation, plus a personal link that pays fifty percent of every payment from anyone who subscribes through it during their first year. Ask on the beta form if you want to be in it.

Do you use Meta's official API?

Yes. The connection uses Meta's official permissions for pages and Instagram business accounts. No scripts, no impersonation, and your password is never needed.

Can I run it on old posts?

Yes. Pick any existing post on the page or account, set keywords on it, and the automation starts acting on new comments that arrive. Comments that predate the automation are not answered automatically.

Do I need to code?

No. Setup is a six-step wizard: choose a page, a post, keywords, a public reply and a private message. If you prefer, do the same in a conversation with Claude or ChatGPT.

Do you have access to my private messages?

No. SocialFlow only sends the automated message to the person who commented; it does not read your inbox. The log keeps only the comment that triggered the automation and its status.
