Common questions
What counts against the monthly limit?
Private messages that actually went out. A comment the system replied to publicly without sending a message does not count, and neither does a message that failed.
Why not charge per contact?
Because that charges you for succeeding. A reel that takes off brings people you never messaged twice, and a per-contact bill turns a good week into an unexpected invoice.
Can I change plan in the middle of a month?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and the new standing order replaces the old one. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are cancelled whenever you want and run to the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are two months cheaper and run to the end of the year you bought.
Do prices include tax?
Shekel prices include Israeli VAT. Dollar prices are before any tax that applies where you are.
